Hi, I’m Kathy, local owner, and operator of Fetch! Pet care of Providence – Bay Area. I strive to provide personable, hands-on customer service, and exceeding your expectations is important to me. You will meet me early in your interaction with Fetch! Pet Care and I will always be available as things arise for you and your pet’s needs.

My love for animals started at an early age. I grew up with a menagerie of animals: dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, fish, chickens, ducks, and even a turkey. As an adult, I have had several dogs. Our family currently has one beautiful rescue named Phantom. I volunteer in my free time at several RI animal shelters, and I am certified in Canine and Feline First Aid and CPR.

My love for animals goes far back to when I was a little girl. Since then, I have had the privilege of living with snakes, birds, guinea pigs, ferrets, chickens, cats, and multiple breeds of dogs. I’ve volunteered for different animal rescues throughout the years and have partaken in oversea missions to transport stray dogs into America. My compassion for all living creatures runs deep and I am blessed to co-exist with them. Working for Fetch has been an honor and has allowed me to truly enjoy all of God’s creation day in and day out.

I grew up in Florida riding horses and volunteering at the animal shelter. I’m a former veterinary technician with a love for all things biology and have experience with almost all kinds of animals from dogs and cats to reptiles to farm animals. Currently, I have two cats named Penny & Pearl that I adopted during quarantine; I couldn’t imagine my life without them! I love working for Fetch! Pet Care, the pets I work with, and the wonderful clients I get to meet.

I love being a part of the Fetch! Pet Care team. I currently own a cat named Chalupa and a dog named Petey. They mean the absolute world to me, and they are the reason why I enjoy this field so much. I not only get to help people, but I also get to meet adorable animals. There is nothing better than spending time with new pets and getting exercise while doing it. It is also very important to build trust with our clients and make them feel that their pets are in good hands while they are away or at work. I appreciate all my clients and their animals. The services I provide for them make my days brighter.

I have owned pets growing up and have always had a love of animals. I am currently a senior in college majoring in psychology and find joy in helping others. Those two passions pair perfectly at Fetch, where I get to simultaneously help others while enjoying time with their pets.

I have been around animals my entire life. I grew up doing chores at local farms and worked my way up in the horse industry to get myself knowledgeable and skillful enough to teach riding lessons and train horses. Since joining Fetch I’ve enjoyed meeting new people and getting to know and walk their dogs! I currently live in Newport with my three cats!

I have always been a lover of animals and have had pets my entire life. I currently have 2 dogs, a 16-year-old Chihuahua named Penny and a 4-year-old Terrier Chihuahua mix named Frankie. I also have a small collection of reptiles and am in the process of some breeding projects with my snakes. Working for Fetch! has been such a blessing. I am truly getting to live a dream job! I feel honored to be able to spend time with people’s pets because let’s face it, our pets are our family.

I just graduated from URI with a degree in animal science. Through coursework and hands-on experiences, my academic journey has provided me with a level of understanding for animal biology, behavior, and welfare — which encourages my care and advocacy within this field. I love having the opportunity to get to know and engage with clients and their pets and ensure the well-being of their beloved companions!
